Shipping Areas
We currently ship to Canada and the United States only. We do not ship internationally outside these countries at this time.

Processing & Production Time

  • Most of our items are handmade and made-to-order, crafted with care for each customer.

  • Please allow extra time for both production and shipping due to the handmade nature of our products and our rural location.

Shipping Methods & Costs

  • Canada: Shipped via [carrier] with flat rate shipping and tracking whenever possible.

  • United States: Shipped via Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) with flat rate shipping. All duties, taxes, and customs fees are included, and tracking is always provided.

  • Flat rates are calculated per order at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Canada: 2–7 business days after shipment, depending on location.

  • United States: 4–10 business days after shipment.

  • Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs inspections, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Customs, Tariffs, and CUSMA

  • For U.S. shipments, shipping conditions, customs processing, and tariffs are beyond our control. While we cover all duties and taxes through DDP shipping, unexpected delays may occur due to regulatory inspections or changing trade policies.

Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the custom, autographed, or digital nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds.

  • If your item arrives damaged, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

  • Digital items delivered via download or email are non-refundable.
